Information we collect

  • Account information such as username, display name, permissions, and mobile API tokens.
  • Candidate review data, annotations, visit reports, ratings, notes, and public/private visibility choices.
  • Photos you add to visit reports, including capture time and optional photo location metadata when available.
  • Approximate or precise device location when you grant permission for map, nearby-location, or live beacon features.
  • Technical data such as IP address for login rate limiting, token creation and last-used timestamps, diagnostics, and server logs.
  • Analytics events such as screen views, login, and logout when Firebase Analytics or Google Analytics is configured.

How we use information

  • Authenticate users and keep accounts secure.
  • Show map results, nearby candidates, visits, photos, and reviewer decisions to permitted users.
  • Support optional live location sharing between signed-in team members.
  • Improve reliability, security, and product decisions through limited analytics and diagnostics.
  • Protect sensitive locations by keeping private dashboard data behind authentication.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with infrastructure, storage, analytics, and security providers needed to run the service; with signed-in team members according to app permissions and visibility settings; or when required by law.

Retention

Mobile tokens expire automatically and can be revoked by logging out. Live beacons are replaced as you move and can be deleted by disabling location sharing. Visit reports, notes, and photos are kept until they are edited, deleted, or an account deletion request is handled.
