Device permissions
- Location permission is optional. Without it, live position, nearby candidates, and live beacon sharing may not work.
- Camera and Photos access are optional and are used only when you add photos to a visit report.
- You can change these permissions at any time in iOS Settings.
Live location
- Live location sharing is off unless you turn it on in the app.
- When enabled, permitted signed-in users may see your latest beacon location.
- Turn sharing off in the app to delete the active beacon.
Visits and photos
- Keep visit reports private unless you intentionally set them public.
- Edit or delete notes and visit content when the app interface allows it, or request help from the project administrator.
- Avoid uploading sensitive photos or metadata you do not want stored.
Account and analytics
- Log out to revoke the current mobile token.
- Ask the project administrator to remove your account or delete account-linked data.
- Firebase Analytics and Google Analytics may be disabled or limited by the operator; request analytics-related help through the contact channel.

For access, correction, deletion, account removal, or other privacy choices, contact the UrbexScanner project administrator through the account invitation channel or via @minddissent on Instagram.
